Return Window
You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging
• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Returns must be shipped back to us — buyer covers return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect

How to Start a Return

• Email us at support@asgaardian.gg with your order number and reason for return
• We’ll send return instructions within 1–2 business days
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.

Exchanges
Need a different color, size, or had an issue with the product? We’re happy to exchange it — just let us know.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll fix it fast and at no cost to you. Email us with photos and your order details.
