1. Where we ship

We ship to all EU countries.

2. Cost and time

Delivery cost for your country is shown at checkout, before you place the order — the price at the order button is always the full price.

We dispatch within 2 business days of your order. Expected delivery time for your country is shown at checkout. If we haven't promised a specific date, we deliver at the latest within 30 days. The available carrier is shown while ordering.

3. If delivery goes wrong

The goods are our responsibility until they physically reach you. A parcel that arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive: write to support@asgaardian.com and we resolve it — you never need to claim against the carrier. If delivery is late, our Terms & Conditions §5 set out your rights, including cancellation.

4. Countries outside the EU

We don't ship outside the EU at the moment. Leave your e-mail on any product page's notify-me form and you'll hear when that changes.
