1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply when you buy from asgaardian.com as a consumer — that is, for your own use, not for your business. If you want to buy for resale or for a shop, write to us instead: these terms don't cover that.

3. How your order becomes a contract

When you place an order, you'll see clearly what you're buying and the full price before you press the order button — the button states that ordering means an obligation to pay. The contract is made when we send you an order confirmation by e-mail. That e-mail contains everything on this page that matters for your order — keep it. The contract is concluded in English.

We never pre-tick optional extras. Anything beyond the goods themselves and stated delivery costs requires your active choice.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you order — the price at the order button is the full price. We accept Paypal and credit card. Your card is charged at dispatch.

If we ever show a discounted price, the crossed-out reference price is the lowest price we charged in the 30 days before the discount — as EU rules require.

Very rarely a price is obviously and significantly wrong — a typing or system error that anyone would recognise as a mistake. If that happens we may decline or cancel the order; we tell you as soon as we notice and refund anything you have paid, in full. This covers plain mistakes only, never ordinary price changes or a price you could reasonably have taken to be correct.

5. Delivery

We ship to all EU countries. Your order is dispatched within 2 business days; expected delivery time to your country is shown at checkout. If we haven't promised a specific date, we will deliver at the latest within 30 days.

The goods are our responsibility until they reach you. Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you (or someone you've chosen, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.

If delivery is late, contact us and give us a reasonable extra deadline. If we miss that too, you may cancel the order and we refund everything you've paid. If we've told you a delivery date was critical, or you told us so before ordering, or we tell you we won't deliver at all, you can cancel right away without giving us extra time first.

6. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The withdrawal right applies to all our current products; none are made to your specification or personalised.

What follows is the official EU model text on withdrawal (verified verbatim against Directive 2011/83/EU Annex I):

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Asgaardian ApS, Ordrup Jagtvej 42A (st th), 2920 Charlottenlund, Denmark, support@asgaardian.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Asgaardian ApS, Ordrup Jagtvej 42A (st th), 2920 Charlottenlund, Denmark, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

7. If something is wrong with your goods

EU law gives you at least a 2-year right to complain about a defect, counted from the day you receive the goods — wherever in the EU you live. If a defect shows up within the first year, it's presumed to have been there from the start — it's on us, not you, to show otherwise. If your own country's consumer law gives you more, that stronger protection applies to you.

The right covers defects in the product itself — not normal wear from use, or damage from misuse or accidents.

You can require us to repair or replace the goods free of charge; if we can't within reasonable time, you may demand a price reduction — or your money back, unless the fault is only minor (and it's on us to show that it is; a minor fault still entitles you to repair, replacement or a price reduction). This right is law — nothing in these terms and no goodwill gesture reduces it.

8. Our liability

We are fully liable where the law says liability can't be limited — including death, personal injury, product liability, intent and gross negligence. Beyond that, our liability is limited to foreseeable, direct losses typical for a purchase of this kind. We are not liable for losses in your business (these terms are for consumers).

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you're unhappy, contact us first at support@asgaardian.com — most things resolve there. If we can't find a solution, you may complain to:

9a. Your personal data

We process your personal data to fulfil your order and run this site. Full details — what we collect, why, and your rights — are in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you live in another EU/EEA country, you always keep the mandatory consumer protections of your own country's law — nothing in these terms takes those away. You may bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence or in Denmark.

In line with EU Regulation 2018/302 (geo-blocking), we never restrict your access to this site or apply different general terms of sale based on your nationality, place of residence or place of establishment. Where the total price you see differs from another country's, that is only because of the VAT rate applicable in your country of residence under EU distance-selling rules — never because of who or where you are.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown when you ordered — and repeated in your order confirmation.
